Today we (Dr. Sangeeta Sahu, Anupam Kumar and myself) won Emerald Literati Award-2019 (#literatiawards) for being most exceptional work. Our article 'Transformational leadership and turnover: Mediating effects of employee engagement, employer branding, and psychological attachment ' published in Leadership & Organization Development Journal (Emerald Publications) has been selected by the editorial team as an Outstanding Paper in the 2019 Emerald Literati Awards.
