Knowledge sharing session by Dr. K. Anbumani

On 25th May 2019, a very enlightening and knowledgeable session on "Cooperatives in India" was delivered by Dr. K. Anbumani covering the past, present and future scenario of cooperatives in India.
He very well explained how the concept of cooperatives came into existence and how it benefits the economy of a nation.
The idea of cooperatives benefited several nations like Germany, Russia and several other European nations.
 In India the idea of cooperatives was brought about by Mr. Frederic Nicholson who is also known as the Father of cooperative movement in India.
 International Cooperative Alliance is the voice of cooperatives worldwide.
There are several organizations in India which are the result of this cooperative movement like IFFCO(Indian Farmers Fertilizers Cooperative Ltd.) , AMUL (Anand Milk Union Ltd.) came into existence in 1946.
The idea of cooperatives has immense opportunities and growth prospects but today due to the bureaucratic structure we are not able to reap the fruits of its success.
Emphasis needs to be laid on encouraging the common man to come forward and voluntarily and honestly grow his business for the welfare of  both himself and the society.

With these words Dr. K. Anbumani ended his session and was greeted with a huge round of applause by all the Faculties present. Respected principal sir- "Prof. Avinash D. Pathardikar" complimented Dr. K. Anbumani for his outstanding knowledge about the topic.

Birthday Celebration for Mrs. Poonam Mishra

Today , on 23rd May 2019, birthday of our beloved Mrs Poonam Mishra was celebrated with full enthusiasm.

She is serving the institute since 23 Jan, 1985 as Dy. Librarian, till date.

She is very energetic, responsible and active member of our institute. A small celebration was conducted on her 60th birthday.

Our dignitaries Dr. Avinash D. Pathardikar graced the occasion with his presence and blessings.

Also Mrs. Sunita Sharma organised a lunch for all the staff and faculty members with games and lots of fun.

May God bless Mrs Poonam Mishra and give her long and prosperous life ahead.

Certificate Distribution Program for Agri-Clinics & Agri-Business Centres (AC&ABC) Trainees

ICCMRT takes pleasure to announce the certificate distribution program to the trainees of Agri-Clinics & Agri-Business Centres held on 17th May 2019.
The program was graced by the presence of chief guest Shri M.V.S.Rami Reddy-the Principal Secretary,Cooperative Department.
The other guests present were- Shri R.B.Prajapati, Shri Ramesh Chandra & Shri Ashok Dubey.
All the guests were given warm welcome by the ICCMRT Director- Shri Rajeev Yadav and ICCMRT Principal- Shri Avinash D.Pathardikar.

This AC&ABC training program is being run by ICCMRT in collaboration with the organization MANAGE where in the trainees are given 2 months intensive classroom training and Field visits as well.The trainees are given full financial support from the banks to start their own Agri-Business.

During the course of their 2 months training program the trainees are given accommodation and food without charging a single penny from them. As far as the success ratio of the program is concerned, the 7 batches have passed out from the training which comprise of 204 trainees and all of them have started their own business into various field such as Seeds & Fertilizer shops, Poultry farms, Oil refineries, Organic farming, Mushroom Farming, Apiculture and various other small businesses.

The chief guest Shri M.V.S. Rami Reddy addressed the trainees and with his immense knowledge and experience suggested several profitable opportunities like Floriculture and beekeeping which can give good business to its owners.

The honorable Director Sir -Shri Rajeev Yadav praised and congratulated the trainees and assured them full cooperation from the institute.

With his inspiring words the honorable Principal Sir- Shri Avinash D. Pathardikar wished all the trainees a bright and prosperous future into Agri-Business.

Farewell Program for Dr. Shubhansh Verma

ICCMRT bids farewell to one of its faculty members Dr. Shubhansh Verma on 3rd May 2019 . The occasion was graced by the presence of the honorable Principal Sir- "Dr. Avinash D. Pathardikar" who admired the works of Dr. Shubhansh Verma . With his encouraging words, Dr. Avinash D. Pathardikar addressed all the teaching as well as the non teaching staff and shared his immense and outspoken experience. All the faculty members wished Dr. Shubhansh Verma all the best for all his future endeavors. 
Dr. Shubhansh Verma played a prominent role in the management committee of the Annual Function of the college -"PARWAAZ -2019". His contribution towards the activities of the event cannot be overlooked. All the faculty members are over whelmed by the support and guidance provided by  Dr. Shubhansh Verma. I on behalf of all the faculty members wish Dr. Shubhansh Verma a bright and prosperous career ahead.
